Digital Ocean describes How to use Gmail as your second brain [1]. I have started using this recommended system. Basically, I was already doing this with my regular email account; however, I believe I will be able to keep all my messages better organized with Gmail. reference 1

I used to have Copernic on my PC. this was useful as a search engine because it searched about 10 search engines at a time. but, I didn't know they now do desktop searching. I'll have to look into getting this again.
